14-day money-back guarantee
If a product you bought from us isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you'll get the full amount back, no questions asked. This applies even after you have downloaded the files.
How to ask
- Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net, or
- email hello@decisionscalc.com with the email address you used at checkout.
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, so Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method. It usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
After 14 days
If something is wrong with a file (it won't open, or a figure is incorrect), email us at any time and we'll fix it or refund you. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
